- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Returns/Exchanges
Cases where exchange or return is possible:
- Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, However, if the packaging of electronic products has been opened or damaged, and the value of the product has been compromised, exchange/return is not possible. Note that regulations of returns or exchanges due to defective pixels on devices such as laptops with LCD, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc., may vary according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.) - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to your use or partial consumption. However, in the case of cosmetics, it is limited to cases where samples are provided. - If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the point where reselling is difficult due to the passage of time. - If the packaging of products that can be replicated has been damaged.
